One of the biggest questions for fans of the lore of the Wizarding World has been if they will be able to interact and engage with Patronuses in Hogwarts Legacy and if there is a full Hogwarts Legacy Patronus list. Well, this article will help you out in that regard.
In addition to the want for Patronuses in Hogwarts Legacy, Avalanche has already implemented a number of classic features and faces of the Wizarding World that fans love. This includes some recognisable Hogwarts Legacy characters. But while Hogwarts Legacy Quidditch is skipping the school year, there is a lot else you can find out on the Hogwarts Legacy map.
There aren’t any Hogwarts Legacy Patronus in the game as the Patronus Charm isn’t available, as confirmed by Avalanche and in our time with the game for our Hogwarts Legacy review. However, the full universe Patronus list in the Wizarding World is:
While this may be disappointing to some long-time fans, Hogwarts Legacy is already a pretty big game and Avalanche have to prioritise certain aspects of the game. You may not be able to interact with these animals and creatures, but there are some you can find and collect in the Hogwarts Legacy Room of Requirement.
So, while there isn’t a Hogwarts Legacy Patronus list, you can find a ton of other stuff to do in our Hogwarts Legacy walkthrough.
Hogwarts Legacy has drawn considerable criticism during its development, largely due to the fact that the creator of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling, has made a number of transphobic remarks on social media in recent years.
While Avalanche has confirmed that J.K. Rowling is not “directly involved” in the development of Hogwarts Legacy, it is working with “her team” and Portkey Games, a Warner Bros. label dedicated to launching new experiences inspired by J.K. Rowling’s original stories. It is currently unclear whether she will earn any royalties from the game’s sale, but it is likely given it is based on her original body of work.
