With Diablo 4 Season 2, aka Season of Blood, comes a new Nightmare Dungeon rotation. This means that players will see dozens of new Nightmare Dungeon options while the old ones from the pre-season are gone. 

In this quick but informative article, we share the complete Nightmare Dungeon rotation for Diablo 4 Season 2, so you know which dungeons you will create Nightmare Sigils for and farm to upgrade those Glyphs.

Update on 16 October 2023: We've updated this article to reflect the new Nightmare Dungeons in Diablo 4 Season 2 in both World Tier 3 and World Tier 4 difficulty levels.

In the Diablo 4 Season 2 update 1.2 patch notes, Blizzard has revealed some buffs to Nightmare Dungeon drops. What they didn't reveal directly is the new Nightmare Dungeon rotation.

It is important to note that while the Nightmare Dungeons list has changed in Diablo 4 Season 2, most affixes have not. You can, however, encounter Malignant monsters with different affixes anywhere in the world, including Nightmare Dungeons.
